Fast sending can be done via "/ ticket name reason", or change the command in the settings.

DO you think you can create a type of thing where say if (player) has done "@ (message)" then it creates a ticket automatically as well for quick tickets instead of holding C?

could you add discord support (webhook?) to say then a ticket has been created for if no staff are online or staff are tabbed out they know when a ticket is created
