I deleted the 1 star review as it seemed unfair to leave such review without opening a support ticket. Additionally he did not even wait 12 hours, so you had no chance to help him...
As I have previously suggested you should message the author of VCMod and ask for a developer copy. He can assign you one and then revoke it again after you're doing adding support for it.
Theme support would be a good idea. Even if you're not an expert in design, you can add the feature and one more theme and then let users add their own themes.

Hello dotCore, It is a good idea to add more addons to support, but there is no such possibility yet, because I cannot do it in blind support. For example for VCMod. As for the different themes, I'll think about it, but I'm not an expert in design, so people may not like other themes))))

as far as I can see you are also fairly new to the site :p
This addon only got released yesterday, so it's very normal for there to be launch issues. When you buy an addon and it doesn't work out of the box, usually you just make a ticket/support ticket and the creator will fix them and help you with any issues you might encounter. This usually takes 24 hours with most creators.
However, reviews really matter to us, so it would also be very cool if, after the addon works, you edited or deleted the review because it wouldn't be very fair to the creator if he fixes your issue, gives you updates, support, etc and your review just keeps him down :p
