dotCore in all seriousness, we got cleared to post this well in advance, there was an issue with it being accepted so fast but we cleared that up as it wasnt our intention nor was it done by anyone from the partnership side.

1. noclip is pretty similar to this addon, although it does not have any lua we got cleared to post this addon from the highest up at gms.
2. they should definitely do that we'd love to support gms more than we already do through the community
3. while it did get approved fast we already talked to the neccessary people and it wasnt our intention for it to be accepted so fast, none of gms' parters were involved with that and it caught us by surprise aswell
4. make something better if you feel that way, and im glad you brought other loading screens to my attention, i should take a look at them and remake them, more loading screens never hurt
5. i agree the free trend is great for the community, gmod has given me a lot over the years and i intend to continue to make free and accessible content for server owners and players alike.

Does it really belong to a "Browse addon" category while it's only some bs URL with no special perk for customers?

"Premium Support" and "Helps developers" could be done through Patreon-like platforms ngl

If it is free, then why isn't it posted on Forums or even in waywo Discord channel of GMS?

If GMS wants to promote third party platforms, then why not doing it through a dedicated section / dedicated ad spots?

Wondering if it got approved because it's maintained by partners of GMS, a Curator is in the team or any yoink reason like those.

The loading screens aren't that great, mostly a collection of old designs that brings nothing compared to some solid alternatives (and cheaper than Premium Support lmao).

Don't get me wrong, that "free trend" is cool for server owners and unmatched yet, but does it really need to be promoted as standalone addons?

Gmod is kinda dead anyway, doesn't seem like anyone care lol
