* Fix sam user groups not being displayed in admin interface

• Do not reset time when there are errors in PlayerInitialSpawn.

• Fix utime import being done multiple times.
• Fix version checker not working.
• Fix script error on rank up (addons/gtawards/lua/gtawards/server/sv_rank.lua:79: attempt to index local 'b' (a nil value))

• Fix error on player disconnect.
• Do not try to re-init player when they are not properly initialized.

• Fix incorrect usage of table.sort causing script error

• Fix GetRanksBetween returning nil when there are less than 2 ranks in between.

RECOMMENDED UPDATE

• Make sure rewards are applied in correct order.
• Fix various issues causing the time to get out of sync, or not being saved correctly.

Hotfix for version 3.4.0.

• Fix error when changing a players time via the admin panel.
• Fix error when updating a ranks name.
• You can now specify admins via steamid64 for servers / gamemodes without a group based admin system.
• Remove BroadcastTime setting introduced with 3.0.0 and make broadcasting the default again. At the same time broadcasting performance has been improved so that it's impact is not noticeable on large servers.
• Try to fix cl_main error that occured on player join. Note that this error does not affect functionality in any way.
• Fix an error that occured when closing the top player list during load.
• Show GTawards times in the SAM admin panel.
• Improve timer accuracy (thanks to srlion).

Make sure a player gets the online time of all currently connected players when GTawards.BroadcastTime is enabled.
