In short
Interrogation provides an easy way for staff to talk to users by making them join a locked chatroom that cannot be closed or ignored.
How does it work?
Staff members will be able to create locked discussions with users, each offering the admin a variety of options specific to that chat to fit the situation. On the side of the player the discussion is for, they will not be able to close the menu while locked, and they may (if the admin so desires) be automatically banned for failing to respond to messages, and/or for leaving during the discussion.
What features does this have?
- Server discussion logging
- Unique discussion chatbox
- UserGroup controlled access
- Configurable chat commands
- Banning supports ULX, Evolve, and Exsto
- Quickly kick/ban within the discussions menu
- Admin notification when they receive a new message
- Button to open the motd/rules during a conversation
- Client capable of saving a log of the discussion they're in
- Staff name glow, based on TTT or Deathrun name color
- " is typing…" notification at the bottom of the discussion.
What are the configurable options by staff, per-discussion?
- Initial action: Freeze, Force-Spectate (TTT), or Slay.
- Block normal text chat
- Block normal voice chat
- Ban length for disconnecting during active chat
- Admin inactivity length allowed before automatic unlock
- User inactivity length allowed before automatic ban
- User inactivity ban length

Yes, you can! Those options are inside the config file.

They're saved in garrysmod/data/interrogations/
I don't use ULX, Evolve, or Exsto. How do I add support for my admin mod banning?
The function that handles banning a player is at the bottom of the config file.
I want to use a different type of notification. How do I change it?
The function that handles notifications is at the bottom of the config file.
Are the menus actually as tiny as they are in the banner image?
Nope! They're just resized for the banner.
Can I see a video?

I found a bug! What do I do?
First, make sure you're running the most up-to-date version. If you're not, then update! If the bug persists, or if you were on the most recent version, contact me! I can't fix something if I don't know about it. Please include as much detail as possible; if I can't recreate a bug happening, the best I can do is blindly guess at what's causing it, and that isn't fun.
