Lottery system

Fixed a bug after the most recent GMOD patch where NPCs were invisible.

Small fix to the previous TTT update fix.

Had a report for ttt pointshop points not being added for offline players when they come online. Should be fixed now hopefully. Other versions are unchanged.

Added complete TTT support. Use ttt lottery system folder for that.

Initial version.
