Medals (Reward Medals, 3D2D Show/Hide Medals, Authorize Staff)

UPDATE

• Added CH_Medals.Config.Medal3D2DSizeY and CH_Medals.Config.Medal3D2DSizeX configs.
• This allows you to determine both Y and X size of the medals. This is useful if you want medals that are not 1:1 in size.
