Oh lol. On this moment it has no code taken from TTT. In future, I want to add F1 help menu like TTT, but I will not just copy it - I will rewrite it. And yes, this definently worth 10$. All servers with this gamemode are almost full (20 of 24 players on my server, 40/40 on the most popular server). I have no idea why you thinking that this is just an edited TTT. TTT hasnt any public license, so mods just don't let me publish TTT code because I have no rights to sell it.
I've seen something like this thats just TTT edited a bit. My personal opinion, it is not worth $21.19 or $10.99.

Buy it and you will see, that this isn't a small gamemode. It has plugins system, language system and config, and using that you can build unique servers like using Lego.
This is way too much for a little team based fretta gamemode.
Looks really good mate, just a small suggestion it might be nice for the gamemode to have a custom hud just to make it stand out more. :) Looks good man keep it up!
