📸 Polaroid

• A way to capture your in game experience!
• Just take a polaroid, press LMB and you will get a photo!
• Photo in the truest sense of the word, you will have a photo entity in the game that you can show to your friends on the server or insert into a frame!
• Make signs for your darkrp business, take photos of friends, work as a custom photographer (an idea for the darkrp job), you can find many ways to have fun with this addon.

How to use it?

• Take a polaroid camera in your hands (for example, spawn it from qmenu)
• Point the camera at the desired location, change the DOF/Zoom (with holding R/RMB & moving your mouse) for yourself and then press LMB.
• Have fun!

How to install it?

• Just drag&drop addon folder from zip into your garrysmod/addons
• Then read the configuration notes in the "🔧 Installation & Configuration" tab

Installation

Configuration

1. Open config file garrysmod/addons/polaroid/lua/polaroid_cfg.lua
2. You can change addon language POLAROID_CONFIG.Language (addon includes english, russian, french, turkish, spanish, ukrainian langs)
3. If you want to take unlimited photos, setPOLAROID_CONFIG.InfinityPhotos = true By default, Polaroid can take 3 photos, after that you will need to change the cartridge (use polaroid_cartridge entity).

open_polaroidphoto — get the link of the photo you are looking at

spawn_polaroidphoto — will spawn the photo with the specified photo-id

• example: spawn_polaroidphoto qabd

Shared

Polaroid/CanTakePhoto (Player ply, Entity polaroid-swep)

• Runs when player clicks on LMB with polaroid camera in her hands

Server

Polaroid/CanSpawnPhoto (Player ply, String image-id)

• Runs when photo is uploaded

Polaroid/RewritePhotoSpawn (Player ply, String image-id)

• Return true if you want to overwrite photo spawn function
