Purge (Leaderboards, Purge Shop, Statistics & More)

This is your emergency broadcast system announcing the commencement of the annual purge sanctioned by the government. Weapons of class 4 and lower have been authorized for use during the purge. All other weapons are restricted. Government officials of ranking 10 have been granted immunity from the purge and shall not be harmed. Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including murder, will be legal. Police, fire, and emergency medical services will be unavailable until the purge concludes.

🎬 Purge Boards

• Purge boards are spawnable by the server owner and saves permanently to the map.
• The board displays purge status and countdown for the current purge phase.
• It also displays statistics of the previous purge.

🛒 Purge Shop

• During the purge you can purchase purge exclusive items through the shop.
• The purge shop using purge points as currency. There are multiple rewards to earn these points.
• The shops run custom lua, so you can sell anything through them (weapons, entities, upgrades, etc)
• There is a custom check function to limit items to ranks, levels, etc.

🏆 Leaderboard

• Leaderboards are placeable by the server owner as permanent entities.
• They show the top 10 best purge players of all time.
• Displays the player with the most kills of all time during the purge.
• Displays the player with the most deaths of all time during the purge.
• Displays the player that stayed alive the longest during the purge.

🍱 Purge Statistics

• During the purge statistics are saved both permanently (for leaderboard), but also for the current purge.
• At the end of the purge 3 of the top players are calculated.
• The player with the most kills during the purge.
• The player with the most deaths during the purge.
• The player that stayed alive for the longest streak during the purge.
• Purge stats are displayed on the purge board and in the purge menu.

🛑 Disable Actions

• The configuration allows you to disable various actions during the purge.
• You can disable weapons that are not allowed during the purge.
• You can disable jobs that are unavailable during the purge. It will demote players on purge start and disallow changing during purge.
• You can disable spawning props.
• You can disable using the toolgun.
• You can disable the ability to make players wanted.
• You can disable the ability to make search warrant requests.
• You can disable the ability to arrest.

💸 Purge Rewards

• You can earn purge points, darkrp money and XP for various actions.
• You earn rewards for killing players during the purge.
• Successfully lockpick doors during the purge.
• You receive a bonus at the end of the purge for every minute you stayed alive (the longest streak counts).
• The player with the most kills receive a bonus.
• The player with the longest time alive receive a bonus.
• Each of these rewards can be toggled on and off for each individual currency (see config tab).
• You can configure teams that receive more points on rewards (only works for purge points).

🔊 Purge Sounds

• Using official purge sounds for announcement and sirens.
• They can be enabled/disabled through the configuration.

💾 MySQL Support

• By default the addon saves using SQLite that comes with GMod.
• You can enable MySQLOO saving. See the "Setup" tab.
• Both options are efficient to use, however, mysqloo is recommended.

💯 Level System Support

• Receive XP bonuses for various actions during the purge (same as purge points)
• Support for Sublime Levels
• Support for Vrondakis Level System
• Support for Elite XP System (EXP2)
• Support for DarkRP Essentials or Brick's Essentials
• Support for GlorifiedLeveling

💻 bLogs Support

• The addon supports bLogs.
• Logs when a player purchases an item from the purge store (player, item name, price)

🦦 Other

• You can define how many players are required to start a purge.
• You can enable/disable a chat command to open the purge menu, as well as the NPC.
• You can make certain teams immune/godmode during the purge.
• There's an advanced and basic 3D2D display available for the purge NPC.

There's a single content pack that you must add to your servers workshop collection.

Workshop

There are two configuration file to modify various parts of the addon.

Configure the general settings of the addon in lua/ch_purge/shared/config/ch_purge_config.lua

Configure the purge shop items in lua/ch_purge/shared/config/ch_purge_shop_config.lua

SETUP ENTITIES

There are 3 entities that you as an admin/server owner can pre-configure on your server.

The purge board, leaderboards and the purge NPC.

You can find all the entities in the Q Menu -> Entities -> Purge by Crap-Head

Place the entities as you wish and use the console command ch_purge_saveents to save them to the map.

REMOVING ENTITIES

If you regret setting up some of the spawn points for the entities listed above then you can remove them using the normal Remover Tool and run the console command ch_purge_saveents to save the current entities to the map.

MYSQLOO

By default the addon saved using sqlite (default build into gmod). If you wish to enable MySQLOO then you can do so.

Go to the file lua/ch_purge/server/sql/ch_purge_sql_functions.lua

Set the CH_Purge.SQL.UseMySQLOO config to true

Then fill in your information below. This will of course require that you have the MySQLOO module by FredyH.

If you find any problems with the script, please create a support ticket with details of the situation and a copypaste of the error in console. I am also not interested in modifying you a custom version of the addon. Also not upon payment. Sorry!

Conflicting addons is not to be said if I will support that or not. This is something I will decide upon confrontation about a conflicting addon. If you have some sort of proof that an addon is conflicting with my addon, please send me a PM with the details you might have.
