UPDATE

• Added new StormFox 2 configs.
• CH_Purge.Config.ChangeTimeOnStart -> Should we change the stormfox time when purge starts?
• CH_Purge.Config.ChangeTimeOnEnd -> Should we change the stormfox time when the purge ends?
• CH_Purge.Config.TimeOnEnd -> What time of the day should we change to when the purge ends?

The config file and ch_purge_phases.lua on the serverside was updated.
