UPDATE
- Added leaderboard refresh button to purge menu.
- Refreshing leaderboard net message now has it's own delay to not conflict with other actions.
- Added round statistics menu.
- You can enable this to pop up at the end of the purge for all players.

CH_Purge.Config.ShowRoundWinnerMenu - Shows player with most kills, most deaths and most time alive during the purge.
