a nice idea would be to be able to set a specific lock type to non-buyable doors (so something like a PD dont need to have the easy ones for example)

Look at the first page of the store right now. Yours is the most expensive and a lot of the others have more content, more models, more animations, more... Everything.
This is still just a remade steam addon ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=433932042 ) you're trying to sell for more than;
BLogs, GHomes (and it's DLC combined), literally everything by Zero (all custom modeled and animated with way more content....) and way more addons
This will hardly sell for 7$, let alone 10$. Not to be an asshole but good lord man look at what you're competing with content and price wise

It looks amazing bro and I must just buy it but $12.50 seems a little bit too much for the amount of content in it, the script is superb but it seems overpriced - it would be better if you reduced the price to around $5.00-8.00 then a lot more people would buy it and you would make a lot more money.
We've been waiting months and months for community market for Unbox 3, but never came. Or cigar update for tobacco farm. We spent around 10$ on each of those addons for neither of them to happen. Is the same thing gonna happen here?
Almost every Gmodstore dev promises to bring something to there addon that never comes, or gets abandoned / unsupported, so unfortunately I'm not gonna believe that until I see it. Until then the price should be a little lower.
Hell you could make it so the alarm system is either DLC for this addon (which at minimum price would look pretty snazzy) or just introducing it as a future update to help justify the current price. Something users can buy to let people know if someone is trying to break into their house, as if the thief/whoever fails the lockpick, it sets the alarm off and alerts the owner of the building, and the police (Bonus points for some sort of visual UI for the police showing them where/who.) A reward for arresting said "criminal" during the wanted time would be useful, as it'd encourage CP characters to actually bother with trying to stop 'home invasions'.
Anyone who's played DarkRP knows that 10% of the CP players are decent CP, the other 90% are just their for the money/guns/arrest sticks. Incentive for them seems to be a necessity in todays world of ADHD police officers XD
Last thing yeah you right, darkRP does make you buy both doors, but locking one of them will lock both. (At the least, a certain door will lock both. DarkRP is weird like that.)
Might be worth investigating a tiny bit more, since that may cause people to get confused. Just a suggestion though. I'd love to see some sort of potential alarm-system involved in this perhaps? Would help to justify the price.
i.e. a setting the server owner can enable;
If the user fails to lockpick the door X times (X being a configurable amount in the config file) then they get automatically wanted for "Attempting to break and enter". Would stop users just spamming on doors knowing that "I'll get in eventually and lockpicks aren't that expensive to rebuy, even if they have 'ammo' or something."
Just a suggestion.
I am concerned that at it's current price you simply wont get enough sales to make it worthwhile for both creators on this. It's always worth looking at other addons pricing and trying to fit yours in relative to others. At the end of the day, if this sells 300 times for $5, it's going to make you more than trying to sell it at $15, if only 30-40 people buy it. The price is going to put a LOT of people off, especially considering the comments here are actively pointing to a premade addon (that's free).
I've seen other addons made by you/your team, I actually bought silkyhud as one of the first addons I ever bought on here in fact (still to this day very fond of it, such a simple UI but it just looks so sleak and pretty), so I can confirm rep-wise you're not a newbie and this ain't your first rodeo. Consider dropping the price. More sales at a lower price will always be better than barely any sales at a higher price.
