Apparently my 1.3 update was not the right code, the things I thought I added in 1.3 weren't there.
This fixes that. This is the actual 1.3 update that adds scroll bars to the message view windows.
If you're using MySQL, make sure you go into your sv_hg.lua file after updating and reenter your connection info.
