Server Teleporters (In-Game Setup & Custom Models)

UPDATE

• Added the ability to set a picture/material as the background on the teleporter.
• Config option CH_ServerTeleporters.Design.UseMaterialBackground to enable/disable.
• Config option CH_ServerTeleporters.Design.MaterialBackground to set background.
• Added 3 default backgrounds to the content pack.

Using a material background is disabled by default.
