Seth's HUD

UPDATE

• Removed SethHUD.CustomerConfig.FastDLL as there is no point.
• Workshop content is automatically downloaded.
• SethHUD.CustomerConfig.ShowPlayerTime is now disabled by default in the config.
• SethHUD.CustomerConfig.ShowHunger is now disabled by default in the config.

You don't necessarily need to update if you're using the HUD already. This update is more focused on new customers having a better default config.
