SH Cameras

• Added option ("AllowViewing", OFF by default) allowing players to set a bind which they can press to access the camera's view (like in Sandbox). Only the owner of a camera may access that particular view.

• Fixed TVs playing back voice chat even when disabled

• Attempted fix for some situations where props would not show up on camera

Oh crap, last minute fix

• Added support for Watch Dogs Phone : Cameras can be hacked to be temporarily disabled. (Configurable)

• Added feature to hear voice chat through cameras: TransmitVoice (ON by default).
