SH Pointshop

• Fixed script thinking PAC3 isn't loaded on newer GitHub versions (reminder: if you are running the Workshop version of PAC3, update to the GitHub version!)
• Fixed text entries not being docked properly when editing items in the Item Manager
• Removed NOT NULL constraints from sh_pointshop_player.inventory and sh_pointshop_player.equipped in mysqloo mode to fix table not creating in certain circumstances

This includes a update from 1.0.4 folder which contains the files below. It can be merged with your current installation to easily upgrade.
