Just a suggestion here. Would it be possible to add a option to make the vehicle permanently disabled or be able to move slow until the tires are fixed with a nice custom tool?

hmm for some odd reason I can't see the green or red markers to show if it's able to be placed in the current location. Any ideas?

Is there a way of changing the allowed jobs to spawn this? I see that TEAM_POLICE can have it, yet all my jobs have it on my server...
