📄 UpdateNotify - An in-game change-log [Discord theme]

Added a hook called UpdateNotifyPushUpdate. The arguments of this hook are as follows:

• name (String) - The name of the update
• content (String) - The content of the update
• image (String) - The Imgur tag
• color (Color) - The color

Fixed SQL syntax error for fresh installs.

• [Required Lua knowledge] Themes are pretty easy to make. There's a themes folder that you can create files in, add a function to the table with a unique key name and then create a derma UI with the arguments given.
