Realistic Elections (Mayor Voting)

Added election software to FalkOS (Submit candidate application, vote, see voting results, see current candidates, submit polls/, polls results)

You can now enter slogan and agenda in politial applicaiton

You can now as a political candidate start polls

You can now setup permanent podiums

Now uses tbfy_shared_v2 to save/load entities

Now uses tbfy_shared_v2 translation system

Now uses tbfy_shared_v2 for ingame configs (not all are available ingame)

Now removes posters when an election is finished or canceled

Fixed issue with placing posters in certain maps
