i have the void factions and the voidchar added. the jobs are made in the darkrpmodifications and the factions are setup. when someone tries to swap characters it makes them a citizen. how can I fix it. I see the info but I would like to make sure

MenschlichI found the addon that is causing conflicts. It is quite surprising as the addon and its author are used on almost every star wars server and I can't imagine it not being found earlier. For reference, With all of my 100+ mods installed on my client from the workshop collection, I skip the character creation screen and have no way of accessing it or accessing the faction screen in your void factions addon. However, if I unsubscribe from this mod from the workshop, then I boot to the character screen exactly as intended.

ZuFy The problem is that there is an addon in the workshop which is conflicting with VoidChar. Yet we were not able to find out which addon it is because usually users have hundreds if not even thousands of addons subscribed. Also because there are more than 1.5 million addons in the Workshop, it’s almost impossible for us to find out which addon it is, as there Is also no console error for an user getting this issue.

If you say that every user is having this problem then the conflicting addon is probably ok your workshop collection, if you are able to find out which addon is conflicting then feel free to tell us so we know in the future.

So far I love the idea, however it is uber bugged, every player that joins my server has to fully reinstall gmod to create their character. I as well had to reinstall gmod as the founder and thought it was just a one time unlucky case. I'd send in a support ticket, however this was their fix to the issue and they said it is a 1/400 chance it happens and that when it does you need to reinstall. so far only one person has been able to create a character without a fresh install of gmod.

add more support for character and clothes addon. make the character creation menu in voidchar

Yeah I meant character slots, how would I go about doing that? The server I work with owns the addon and wanted me to look into it.
