A quick fix for an issue when using MySQLite
If you are using an external MySQL database, you do not need to worry about this update.
Fixed a bug with restrictions when running commands from server console

Jails will now be saved when a user leaves to prevent LTAP - they will be automatically put back into jail if the disconnect and then reconnect at any point before the jail time runs out - this will calculate the time left on their jail at the moment they reconnect
