Yes by default it restores health, the amount is defined in the pizza config (ConsumHealth)

@GnastyGnorc, It has hungermod support, you can remove the whole customer system by removing the opensign entity and customertable entity from the pizzachef job, if you want do sit at the table just spawn in a normal prop table place some seat(vehicles) there and Boom! you sitting at a table, Players can consum the pizza by pressing e on it, you can change the Health/Energy theyreceive per pizza in the config
